Mahopac Dental Care participates with the Delta Dental PPO plans. These dental plans have a contracted fee schedule and a co-payment will usually apply. Our staff will happily assist you with your dental claim forms.
Mahopac Dental Care also works with many other insurance plans like Anthem Empire BlueCross Blue Shield (BCBS), Sun Life, POMCO, SIDS, United Concordia, Assurant, and many others. These plans will have a co-payment but no contracted fee schedule.
