Eric D. Cook, DDS

Dr. Eric Cook received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Syracuse University, in Syracuse NY, in 1985. He graduated dental school from New York University College of Dentistry in 1989. After dental school, Dr. Eric Cook completed a dental residency program at St.Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital in NYC. Dr. Cook entered private practice in Manhattan and Yonkers, New York, before joining Dr. Louis Colletti in practice 1998.

Away from the office Dr. Cook enjoys playing golf, spending time programming computers and taking advantage of the culture NYC has to offer. Lastly, most of Dr. Cook’s free time is spent with his wife and two daughters.

Harrison Boldt, DDS

Dr. Boldt graduated dental school from New York University College of Dentistry in 1986. After dental school he completed his General Practice Residency in Bronx, NY. Prior to joining Mahopac Dental Care, Dr. Boldt practiced in Manhattan, NY for over 20 years where he continues to practice on a part-time basis.
